Marketing and promotional services executed in partnership with chain hotels and third-party travel agencies
Other ancillary travel-related services

Booking, Payments, and Confirmation

Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for ensuring that all personal data, dates, names (must match passport/ID), and travel preferences provided during booking are accurate. touria is not liable for issues arising from incorrect data entry
Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed and payment is received. All payments must be made in the currency specified at the time of booking
Confirmation: A booking is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation (e.g., email or Message with booking reference) from touria

Third-Party Suppliers and Marketing Deals

touria acts as an agent for various third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). Your booking is subject to both these Terms and the terms and conditions of the specific third-party supplierRegarding marketing services, any promotional packages or deals offered through our partnerships are governed by the terms set by the contributing travel agency or chain hotel. We are not responsible for the performance or quality of services rendered by those partners, only for facilitating the deal

Cancellations, Refunds, and Amendments

All cancellations, refunds, and amendments are subject to the specific terms and fees of the relevant airline, hotel, or package provider. touria may also apply an administrative fee for processing these changes. Details of the applicable policy will be provided at the time of booking. Failure to use a reserved service (no-show) typically results in no refund

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, touria shall not be liable for any damages, injury, loss, or expense arising from or in connection with: (a) any booking made through us; (b) any act or omission of a third-party supplier (e.g., delay, damage, injury, death); (c) errors in data entry by the user; or (d) any force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemic). Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the fees paid to touria for the specific service in question

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless touria, its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our services

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arab Republic of Egypt. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cairo-Egypt for the resolution of any disputes
